Summer Solstice Celebration
An Invitation from the Dashing Duchessess…. http://dashingduchesses.com/summer-solstice-celebration/
This year, the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere falls on Friday, June 21st. In celebration of the glorious start of summer, my fellow Dashing Duchesses have joined me to plan a special giveaway for one lucky commenter.
Stop by to have a chance at winning this fabulous beach towel, with the beautiful cover of my upcoming release Summer is For Lovers. Although the book isn’t out until September 24th, it is available for preorder now. (And I confess… I also had one of these towels made for myself, and anyone who would think to “borrow” it will have to pry it from my cold, gloved hands.)
Of course, no trip to the pool or beach would be complete without some amazing summer reading, and the Duchesses have prepared an array of gifts to celebrate the heat. We have my debut novel (What Happens in Scotland), as well as sigh-worthy summer reading from Duchesses Lecia Cornwall, Cheryl Ann Smith, Leigh Lavalle (The Runaway Countess), Tracy Brogan (Highland Surrender and her new release, Hold on My Heart), Valerie Bowman, Ashylnn MacNamara (A Most Scandalous Proposal), and Darcy Burke (His Wicked Heart). We also have a very cool IPOD4 cover from Ashlyn Macnamara’s (with her swoon-worthy cover from A Most Devilish Rogue). And it’s all stuffed in a handy beach bag provided by Duchess Darcy Burke!
To enter, just visit the Duchesses at http://dashingduchesses.com/summer-solstice-celebration/ and tell us about your favorite summer memory. A
winner will be chosen at random from all commenters on Saturday, June 22nd.
Jennifer McQuiston writes decidedly different Victorian-set historicals. Although she lives in Atlanta, she would rather be at the beach than anywhere else, and always with a book or three in hand.
